On March 13, 2025, CINC will host an in-person closing circle at the COD Palm Springs Campus titled “Traditional, Humble Leadership” with Brian Frejo (Pawnee & Seminole Nation of Oklahoma). This session will bring together lessons from past discussions, focusing on how to empower yourself as a leader for both personal growth and community well-being. Through the theme “Thriving Through Balance,” participants will explore the principles of traditional leadership, humility, and strength, learning how to lead with purpose while staying grounded in cultural values.
